8 Kgs

Day 1 : Eat only fruits

The starting day will be the First day. The first day starts with fruits and water. Whenever you feel hungry instead of eating food, snacks, vegetables and chocolates. You need to eat only fruits for the full day and whenever you feel thirsty, you need to drink minimum 8 glasses of water. The third day, you can eat both fruits and vegetables but not food. Mainly, you should avoid the banana fruit and avoid potato vegetable. When you feel thirty, you should drink like the second day like having 8 to 12 glasses of water.


Day 4 : Eat only banana and drink only milk

The fourth day will be very shocking because we said from the first day that you should not eat banana. But, today the fourth day, you must eat only banana i.e minimum 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk.

Day 5 : Only Rice and tomatoes

Today it is a fifth day. For the whole day, you need to eat only one cup of rice and eat only six tomatoes. Due to tomatoes, the body will give more uric acid. So,  you should drink water more than three times of the first day. That is nearly fifteen ( 15 ) glasses of water of only today.

Day 6 : Only Rice and Vegetables

The sixth day, you can have one cup of food for the whole day and you can eat raw vegetables or cooked vegetable without using oil and take 8 to 12 glasses of water.

Day 7 : Final day eat rice, vegetables and fruit juice

Today is the last and the final day. Today also you can eat one cup of rice for the whole day and eat raw vegetables and also cooked vegetables without using oil and instead of drinking water, today you should drink only fruit juice that helps you to remove toxins from the body and it is a correct procedure to complete the diet plan.
