The AICC is searching for new leader for PCC chief post with little time left for Raghuveera Reddy’s term to end. Congress high command was content over Raghuveera reddy’s role in public agitations and in leading the party during crisis in Andhra Pradesh.

Grape wine is that he may be inducted in AICC. With two and half years left for the general elections, the Congress is considering selecting an experienced and right candidate for the PCC chief post who can lead the party in the State.

K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao was reportedly had been right hand to ex-CM Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and also played prominent role in handling the party leaders. According to sources, party high command is considering KVP for the post.

Though several YSR’s fans and other party leaders joined YSR Congress, KVP declared his continuing in Congress till his last breath. He also introduced private member bill on special status to AP in Rajya Sabha and raised a national-level discussion in this regard.
