Hyderabad, November 29
It seems that former MP M.V. Mysoora Reddy is going to join the TDP after his meeting with party MP and native of Kadapa district C.M. Ramesh, a close associate of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu.
Ramesh, along with his brother C.M. Suresh Naidu and TDP MLC candidate B.Tech Ravi, held most intimate discussions with Mysoora Reddy at his residence. The meeting held just before the MLC elections lead to interesting discussions.
Mysoora Reddy known for turning his coat quite often, was in YSR Congress party. Originally from the Congress, Mysoora joined the TDP when Chandrababu Naidu was in power and was given Rajya Sabha ticket.
When he was denied the MP ticket, he supported Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, who had been suffocating with illegal property case and joined his party. But he was disappointed as Jagan ignored him later and resigned from the party and kept himself away from politics.
He said that his joining the YSRCP happened in a dramatic fashion ‘he went to meet a leader from his district who was in problems and he was given the party khanduva.’
After a long gap, again he came before the media and questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s demonetization decision. He said that he would file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) case in the court challenging Modi’s announcement.
